“We wanted to upgrade our front doors to something more modern and hurricane proof since we still had our original white doors that were 33 years old. After we read all the positive reviews and verified their business information we selected Atlantic Door Systems to come out and show us their door selection and give us a quote. We made an appointment for Matthew the owner to come out. He arrived at the agreed upon time and he had all the information to make a good presentation and help us make a selection. He provided a straightforward quote and all that was included in the price. He also stated that his office would prepare all the necessary information for the city permit and would submit for the job. He also said his office would help us prepare the information and documents needed for our 2 HOA approvals. After reviewing the proposal and determining the price was fair we signed the contract. From that point Lyanne at his office was the main contact for all the documentation needed. She was wonderful to work with. I have rarely experienced someone so competent and efficient. She knew exactly what info the city would need and reviewed our HOAs Architectural Review Committees forms and produced the needed documents. The HOAs had a couple of questions, as they always do, and she responded back to me within hours. She really was wonderful. When we received all approvals the doors were ordered. It took about 6 weeks to be made. When the doors were complete Matthew and his team came out and removed the old doors and installed the new ones on the same day. They needed to leave the inside moulding and casing off so the City Inspector could review how the doors were secured. The inspector arrived several days later and reviewed the job, said it was good job and signed off. Several days later a team member came out and finished the job. The doors came out great. The hardest part of the job was waiting for the doors to be made. If we need anything involving doors or impact windows we will call on Matthew, Lyanne and their team.”
